IT System Administrator Tier 3 (MSP)

The IT System Administrator Tier 3 (MSP) will be closing tickets on the service desk and working on some project-based work (migrations, cloud, etc.) This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get more backend system administration exposure and work along side senior engineers on project based work.
IT System Administrator Tier 3 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Manage servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Manage virtualization technologies VMware & Hyper-V
- Maintain healthy working relationships with multiple customers, manage customer expectations, and regularly communicate project status to customer contacts.
- Assist with o365 migrations
- Build new network and server environments and perform physical to virtual conversions.
- System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise and IT Glue
IT System Administrator Tier 3 (MSP) Skills/ Experience:
- Experience working for a MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER
- Windows (Active Directory and Group Policy creation)
- Office 365, Public cloud experience (Azure and AWS)
- VMware ESXi or Hyper-V, P2V migrations
- Knowledge in Windows Server Administration.
- Active Directory Administration Skills.
- PowerShell scripting (a plus)
IT System Administrator Tier 3 (MSP) Benefits:
