IT System Administrator Tier II (MSP)
We are seeking a System Administrator at a Tier II level, to support Windows server and small to mid-size company infrastructures.
The System Administrator will work on escalated tickets on the service desk as well as assist in project-based work such as O365 migrations.
The System Administrator will be a part of a Cloud Computing, IT Security and Managed Services firm that values innovation and employee advancement. We hold a diverse client base including accounting firms, legal firms, medical practices, non profits and more. We are seeking a System Administrator who has strong customer service and communication skills to support our client base.
IT System Administrator Tier II (MSP):
- Experience in Tier II, administration, configuration, management and design of Windows Server-based corporate networks
- Experience with Exchange 2013/2016
- Office 365 and Microsoft Azure experience
- Migration experience: Cloud & Hybrid Cloud migrations
- Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare
- Server maintenance and support, including MS Virtual Server Solutions
