Job Overview:
As an IT System Administrator Tier II (MSP), you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ IT systems and resolving complex technical issues. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting network-related problems, and providing remote and on-site technical support. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to implement and support various IT projects.
IT System Administrator Tier II (MSP) Experience:
- Design, configure, administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers (cloud and local), firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Work with and advise team members and customers on best practices, advanced troubleshooting, and future systems designs.
- Create and update documentation of existing or future customer environments
- Collaborate with end-users to provide IT support in the field and remotely.
IT System Administrator Tier II (MSP) Requirements:
- Windows Server 2012-2019, Office 365, Active Directory
- In-depth experience installing windows desktop & windows server
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V Administration
- Firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Meraki) – configuring, routing, and switching
- Understanding of TCP/IP
- ***Experience working with a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED***
