About the Role:
As an IT System Administrator Tier II, you’ll be the backbone of our service desk, providing top-notch support to our valued clients. But that’s not all – you’ll also have the chance to roll up your sleeves and dive into exciting projects, including cloud migrations, alongside our seasoned senior engineers. This role isn’t just about fixing problems – it’s about making a real impact and shaping the future of IT solutions.
IT System Administrator Tier II – MSP Desired Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Servers, M365, and Azure
- CRUCIAL: 1+ YEAR EXPERIENCE IN A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER ENVIRONMENT
- Proven expertise in administering Active Directory and managing Group Policies
- A knack for delivering exceptional customer service and troubleshooting with finesse
- Bonus points if you have 2+ years of experience with ConnectWise – but don’t worry, we’ll get you up to speed!
