IT System Administrator (White Glove Service)

The IT System Administrator should be a duel threat with mid level knowledge of windows servers and network routers & switches. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for a set of clients completing migrations, server installs, and escalated support. The IT System Administrator will also work in a consultative capacity explaining and working through infrastructure support both remotely and on client sites.
IT System Administrator (White Glove Service) Job Requirements:
- Experience servicing and supporting SMB networks/products
- MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER TO BE CONSIDERED***
- 6+ years of hands on IT experience
- Provide onsite user support at client sites
- Provide escalation support for Remote Help Desk Technicians
- Consultative, solutions-oriented experience
- Experience in Tier II/III, administration, configuration, management and installation of Windows Servers
- Migration experience- Windows Server 2012/2016 and performing P2V migrations with Hyper-V
- SonicWALL knowledge or other comparable firewall experience
- O365 Migration experience
- Azure or AWS experience a plus*
