We provide a variety of services from Outsourced Managed Services, Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, Workplace Technologies, to Project Management.

Due to our continual growth, we need an IT System Administrator (Windows/MSP) to join our team who has previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider.

The IT System Administrator (Windows/MSP) s primarily responsible for troubleshooting and resolving tickets in ConnectWise and working on infrastructure improvement projects. Technologies that the IT System Administrator (Windows/MSP) should be comfortable with include: Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, SCCM, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Backups, Storage, Networking, and Server Room Operations. The IT System Administrator (Windows/MSP) will be provisioning, configuring, and patching servers, and provisioning network gear.

IT System Administrator (Windows/MSP) Responsibilities: 

  • Actively work on tickets in your work queue providing daily, detailed ticket notes, timely communication, and resolution or escalation. Provide excellent customer service.
  • Install new or rebuild existing servers and network gear. Configure hardware, software peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
  • Research and recommend innovative and, where possible, automated approaches for systems administration tasks
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all critical hardware, software, resources, processes, and scheduled jobs.
