IT System Administrator – Windows Server (IaaS)
We are seeking a IT System Administrator – Windows Server (IaaS) to join a Managed Cloud Services Provider who has been providing high-level support to small to large businesses since 2000. All of their clients are in hybrid or full cloud environments meaning the IT System Administrator – Windows Server (IaaS) won’t ever deal with break/fix issues.
The IT System Administrator – Windows Server (IaaS) will make heavy use of MS O365, MS Azure and AWS, various virtualization tools (VMware & Hyper-V), as well as, desktop/networking support. Projects for the System Administrator- Projects & IT Support (MSP) will include O365 migrations, migrating on-prem environments into AWS or Azure, and deploying firewalls (Cisco & SonicWALL).

IT System Administrator – Windows Server (IaaS) Qualifications:
- Server OS and associated technologies experience – (Server 2008 +, Exchange 2010+, PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
- Strong understanding of DNS and how it affects network and servers
- 2+ years MSP experience REQUIRED
- Experience with Office 365 migrations, troubleshooting and setup
- Network administration and configuration (Sophos, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or SonicWall, preferred.)
- Switch installation, configuration and troubleshooting with VLAN configuration.
- Knowledge and understanding of virtualization technologies VMware OR hyperV
- Experience with Azure preferred
- ConnectWise experience preferred
