We’re a dynamic, healthcare-focused Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Brooklyn, NY, and we’re seeking a true “jack-of-all-trades” Senior Engineer to lead projects, solve complex escalations, and architect secure, modern environments for our clients.

This role is 70% hands-on project design and deployment, 25% escalated support, and 5% on-site client work (mileage reimbursed). You’ll work with a close-knit, high-performing tech team and make a direct impact on critical infrastructure and security initiatives.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as top-tier escalation for complex systems, security, and networking issues

  • Design and deploy Fortinet, SonicWALL, Meraki, and Ubiquiti network environments

  • Lead Microsoft 365/Azure hybrid deployments with security configurations (Intune, Entra ID, Defender)

  • Implement virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and secure them using ThreatLocker

  • Architect and manage infrastructure upgrades, MDM rollouts, firewall upgrades, and data center migrations

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Layer 2/3 networking, Microsoft 365, and security issues

  • Automate and streamline workflows using PowerShell, Rewst, and ConnectWise

  • Mentor junior techs, standardize project templates, and improve documentation and delivery

🧠 What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems, and networking

  • Proven MSP experience is required – must thrive in a multi-client, fast-moving environment

  • Strong knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWALL, Meraki), VPNs, VLANs, and NAT policies

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, GPO, and Intune

  • Experience with SIEMs, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management

  • Scripting skills – PowerShell preferred

  • Excellent communication, project leadership, and documentation skills

  • Must live within commuting distance to Brooklyn, NY
