We’re a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Fair Lawn, NJ, doubling in revenue year over year—and we’re just getting started. We’re on the hunt for a sharp, motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business across the NYC metro area.

This role is 100% hunting — bring in new clients, then hand off to our Account Management team so you can focus on what you do best: closing. You’ll work directly with ownership and our sales leadership to build pipeline, win deals, and grow with a team that values autonomy and results.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, pursue, and close net-new clients in the MSP/IT services space

  • Represent our service offerings with confidence, clarity, and a consultative approach

  • Collaborate directly with ownership to craft and refine go-to-market strategies

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline progress (ConnectWise)

  • Partner with the Account Management team to ensure seamless client onboarding

✅ What You Bring:

  • 1–4 years of IT/MSP sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals

  • Strong grasp of the MSP model, client lifecycle, and B2B tech sales

  • Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar CRM systems

  • High-energy, self-starter mindset with excellent communication skills

  • In-office availability (minimum 4 days/week preferred)
