We’re a long-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) with over 30 years of success supporting small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Tri-State area. With a close-knit team of 27 and a deep focus on quality, culture, and long-term relationships, we’re looking to grow—starting with a Junior Sales Representative to help drive our business development efforts.

This is a high-visibility, training-rich opportunity perfect for someone with early-career sales experience and a passion for tech. You’ll work directly with leadership and benefit from a structured sales system, supportive team culture, and direct mentorship from the company owner—who will remain your closer while you ramp up.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Prospect via calls, emails, and local outreach to generate new leads for managed services and project-based work

  • Lead Nurturing: Own and follow up on warm leads handed off by our outsourced cold caller

  • Networking: Attend local business events and schedule discovery meetings to expand our presence in NYC/NJ

  • CRM Management: Keep prospect interactions and pipeline up to date using CRM tools (ConnectWise a plus)

  • Collaboration: Support the sales process alongside technical staff and leadership using the CharTec MSP sales framework

  • Training: Participate in hands-on onboarding and professional development with structured mentorship


✅ What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (ideally in MSP or IT services)

  • Natural relationship-builder and strong communicator

  • CRM and sales tool familiarity (ZoomInfo, ConnectWise, etc.)

  • Self-starter mindset with interest in tech and long-term career growth

  • Willingness to attend local events and meet with clients throughout NYC/NJ
