IT System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP

The IT System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP will work heavily with MS Office 365 and MS Azure and work hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers. The IT System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP will work with configuring and handling any upgrades needed clients networks. The IT System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP will have room to grow within the organization to more senior roles overtime.
IT System Engineer (Hybrid) MSP Duties :
- Being the second point of defense for any escalated issue that might occur
- Great knowledge of Windows server design and implementation, VMware, Hyper-V, SAN, and LAN/WAN routing and switching
- Hands-on experience with designing, implementing, and supporting past and current Windows server platforms
- Experience with Exchange Server 2010 — 2019 Administration
- Office/Microsoft 365 and Azure Server implementation and management experience
- Experience with hypervisor implementation, tuning management and troubleshooting, including V2V and P2V migrations
- Experience and understanding with implementing routing and switching such as VPN, VLANs, deep traffic and packet level analysis
- Experience and knowledge with Active Directory and Group Policy administration
- Experience working with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP administration
