What Youβll Be Doing:

End-User Support: Be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues.

Troubleshooting: Handle hardware/software issues, account setup, password resets, and basic networking problems.

Ticketing & Documentation: Accurately log support tickets and maintain helpful documentation for repeat solutions.

Escalation Support: Flag complex issues to senior engineers with clear notes to ensure fast resolution.

Project Assistance: Support senior techs on client rollouts and infrastructure upgrades as needed.
What You Bring:

Must have MSP Industry experience

A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills

Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking, and ticketing systems is a plus

Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
