What You’ll Be Doing:

  • End-User Support: Be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues.

  • Troubleshooting: Handle hardware/software issues, account setup, password resets, and basic networking problems.

  • Ticketing & Documentation: Accurately log support tickets and maintain helpful documentation for repeat solutions.

  • Escalation Support: Flag complex issues to senior engineers with clear notes to ensure fast resolution.

  • Project Assistance: Support senior techs on client rollouts and infrastructure upgrades as needed.

What You Bring:

  • Must have MSP Industry experience

  • A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills

  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking, and ticketing systems is a plus

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
