IT System Engineer & IT Network Engineer (Tier II/III)
We are a customer-service focused Managed Service Provider who supports small to mis-sized companies throughout the region. We specialize in white glove service and tailoring IT solutions to each customer’s need.
We have grown over the past few years and are investing back into our team to scale and further develop their skills. The IT System Engineer & IT Network Engineer (Tier II/III) will be working for an organization that has a huge focus on work life balance. We do not offer a 24/7 helpdesk like other MSPs and only take request outside of business hours if its an emergency which prevents our employees from burn out.
The IT System Engineer & IT Network Engineer (Tier II/III) will be working in a duel threat capacity providing both system and network support to our clients.
IT System Engineer & IT Network Engineer (Tier II/III) Requirements:
- Windows 2012-2022 Server roles
- Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, and MS Office application suite)
- Office 365 support & migration experience
- Set up, management and configuration experience with various types of network equipment & firewalls such as Cisco/ WatchGuard
- DNS, DHCP experience/ knowledge
- VMware administration experience
- Exceptional customer service
- Experience Mentoring Jr. Techs is a huge plus!
IT System Engineer & IT Network Engineer (Tier II/III) Benefits:
