IT System Engineer (L2) MSP

IT System Engineer (L2) MSP Duties & Qualifications:
- Administer MS Office 365, including domain synchronization and migration from various platforms
- Configure and oversee firewalls, switches, W.A.P.s, VPNs, and other network appliances
- Utilize ConnectWise or similar ticketing and RMM systems effectively
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in deploying and supporting SMB environments
- Strong background in MS Office 365 administration, including migrations
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network configurations
- Familiarity with network hardware and software upgrades (Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, FortiGate)
- Act as an escalation point for Tier III support issues from Tier I and Tier II engineers
