IT System Engineer (L2) MSP Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Serve as the ultimate escalation point for Tier 1 engineers, offering guidance and expertise
- Mentor and coach Tier 1 engineers in technical decision-making and efficient ticket management
- Demonstrate unwavering dedication to resolving customer issues by diving deep into problems and keeping their business needs in focus.
- Engage in both proactive and reactive Incident Response to address system or service anomalies
- Provide exceptional technical support within your areas of subject matter expertise, which could include network and virtualization
- Monitor systems using cutting-edge management tools and technologies
- Identify and drive opportunities for automating repetitive networking tasks through script creation and maintenance
- Rapidly assess issues and determine root causes even in unfamiliar technical environments
- Demonstrate commitment to professional growth by pursuing and maintaining industry-specific certifications.
