IT System Engineer – Managed Services Overview:

We are continuing to expand, currently seeking an IT System Engineer – Managed Services with a MSP background. The IT System Engineer will be the final point of escalation while spending a majority of their time working on infrastructure modernization projects. We are a Microsoft shop with an emphasis on cloud environments.

IT System Engineer – Managed Services Qualifications:

Experience with self-managing small projects
Experience with networking and network troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Office application troubleshooting
Experience with Windows Operating Systems, up and including Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11
Experience with Windows Server including 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 & 2022
Experience with cloud environments, including but not limited to Office 365/Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple platforms
Management and Understanding of Active Directory Environments and Group Policies
Fundamental understanding of Office 365, Azure AD, AWS
Experience with those Cloud environments on both administration and infrastructure engineering
Experience working in an MSP or internal networking and user support for an organization
Experience with a ticketing system – Autotask a plus
A drive to help improve processes and workflows
