IT System Engineer (MSP)
We are a 60 person Cloud and Managed Services Provider who has proudly serviced DMV businesses for over 30 years. Our clientele span many industries and range from small to enterprise size businesses. This allows our team to touch a wide variety of technologies. We currently need an IT System Engineer (MSP) with previous Managed Services experience. The IT System Engineer (MSP) will will split time between providing remote escalated support and taking the lead in maintaining the server/networking infrastructures across various locations, and helping your technical team modernize infrastructures.
IT System Engineer (MSP) Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft related technologies.
- Working knowledge of cloud collaboration environments, namely Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, Hyper-V, VMWare, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of UTM appliances capabilities and associated security capabilities in a small business setting. SonicWall, Fortinet, Meraki or equivalent.
