IT System Engineer & Technical Advisor (MSP)

We are a large and well established Managed Service Provider. Our service offerings include but are not limited to IT Support, Consulting, Network Security, Cloud Migrations, and Proactive Management Solutions.

Currently, we are looking for an experience IT System Engineer & Technical Advisor (MSP) to serve as a key liaison to our client base. The IT System Engineer & Technical Advisor (MSP) will be serving as a presales engineer, consultative engineer, complete IT Road mapping, and architect solutions based off onsite analysis.

IT System Engineer & Technical Advisor (MSP) Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working with Windows Server, Exchange Server,  Active Directory, Office 365,
    Azure, VMWare/Hyper-V, Wireless Networks,  and Firewalls (SonicWALL, WatchGuard, Cisco ASA)
  • 3+ years of experience working in a consultative capacity
  • Experience with presales and IT road mapping
  • Ability to analyze client infrastructure and provide recommendations
  • 3+ Years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
