What You’ll Do:
- Deploy and manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and servers.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring optimal IT performance and security.
- Conduct system audits, performance checks, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to design and implement IT solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and client environments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Windows Server.
- Expertise in networking protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with VMware, Microsoft 365, Azure, and RMM tools (Kaseya preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex IT concepts clearly.
- Prior MSP experience preferred.
