IT System & Project Engineer (MSP)

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a IT System & Project Engineer (MSP) whose focus will be on infrastructure upgrade and modernization projects. The IT System & Project Engineer (MSP) will work alongside 8 other Senior Engineers. The IT System & Project Engineer (MSP) should be well versed with Microsoft technologies and projects such as O365 migrations, Azure deployments, office moves (configuring networks), and Virtualization upgrades.
The IT System & Project Engineer (MSP) requires previous experience working for a MSP or CSP.
IT System & Project Engineer (MSP) Position Responsibilities:
- Support end-users remotely and on-site environment resolving hardware/software issues.
- Troubleshoot network devices and business-specific or line of business applications.
- Support for escalated tickets and respond to urgent customer requests.
- Configure servers and other key components in Azure.
- Azure administration and support.
- MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization.
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, other network appliances.
- Maintains confidentiality, integrity, & security of clients’ data by adhering to security standards.
- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to manage multiple/shifting priorities.
