IT System Project Engineer (MSP)

We are in hyper-growth mode which is why we are looking for a IT System Project Engineer (MSP) to join our Professional Services Team. The IT System Project Engineer (MSP) responsibilities include modernizing infrastructures (migrating clients to AWS/Azure/O365), accessing and building out network infrastructures (Cisco Meraki/SonicWall), and supporting server/workstation escalated support.
The IT System Project Engineer (MSP) is a full-time opportunity with 90% of your time able to work from home, but must live Orange County. Only considering IT System Project Engineer (MSP) candidates who have worked for a Managed or Cloud Services Provider beforehand.
IT System Project Engineer (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 Servers
- Implementing and migrating legacy infrastructures to AWS/AZURE
- Installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 10, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
- PowerShell Automation
- Experience with Office 365 and G-Suite
- Implementing client/server applications architecture
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
- Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
