We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to handle escalated support requests, manage network and server environments, and drive technical excellence for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Resolve complex IT issues escalated from Tier 1, including DNS, VPN, database, and server modifications.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and Mac environments, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support and manage cloud platforms like Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and SharePoint.
- Troubleshoot and optimize networks, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points (WAPs).
- Perform root cause analysis to minimize recurring IT issues.
- Train end-users on best practices for security, applications, and system performance.
- Document IT solutions to contribute to a growing knowledge base.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong expertise in Office 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune).
- Networking experience (firewalls, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, switching).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (a plus).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and configure Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach to IT solutions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional onsite support.
