What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Troubleshoot PC, network (LAN/WAN), firewall, VPN, and hardware issues (servers, printers, and more).
  • Support AWS environments (RDS, FSX, EC2, VPC, Route 53, and load balancers).
  • Administer Active Directory, group policies, and security configurations.
  • Utilize RMM tools (NinjaRMM, Kaseya) and ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask) for IT support and documentation.
  • Assist with hardware installations, software maintenance, and system monitoring.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS administration (RDS, FSX, EC2, etc.). THIS IS REQUIRED!!!**
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Hyper-V or VMware for virtualization.
  • Experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPN setup, and web filtering.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.
