Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented System Administrator Tier 2.5 (MSP) to enhance our team. This role involves managing on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments with a focus on Microsoft 365 services, MDM (Intune), Copilot, and M365 Tenant management. As a client-facing position, strong customer service skills are essential as you’ll be interacting with clients and vendors.
IT Systems Administrator Tier 2.5 (MSP) Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize IT systems within a Managed Services environment.
- Deploy and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions, including successful email migrations.
- Build and manage file servers and cloud computing solutions, with experience in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Hyper-V.
- Perform network deployments, including setting up firewalls, switches, and servers.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge in Microsoft Cloud Solutions, including Azure, M365, Intune, and SharePoint.
- Administer and configure SonicWall and Ubiquiti systems.
IT Systems Administrator Tier 2.5 (MSP) Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Managed Services (MSP) with a strong grasp of IT system efficiency best practices.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 deployment and management.
- Experience in building and deploying file servers and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Hyper-V; knowledge of Azure implementations is a plus.
- Experience with network equipment deployment and configuration.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solutions and administration of SonicWall and Ubiquiti.
IT Systems Administrator Tier 2.5 (MSP) Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
