IT Sales Executive – Managed Service Provider

You will work closely with our technical teams to provide tailored IT solutions that align with clients’ unique needs. IT Sales Executive – Managed Service Provider Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate managed services and IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and data management.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals and presentations that address client-specific requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts to management.

IT Sales Executive – Managed Service Provider Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience within an MSP environment.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
