IT Systems Engineer (MSP) – Mid-Level

We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer (MSP) – Mid-Level to be part of a growing Managed Service Provider. The IT Systems Engineer (MSP) – Mid-Level will support clients in implementing projects and deploying new technologies daily. The IT Systems Engineer (MSP) – Mid-Level will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building networks, and supporting escalated support.

CANDIDATES POSSESSING EXPERIENCE working for IT Managed Services Provider, Cloud Service Provider, and Data Center is HIGHLY encouraged to apply. The selected IT Systems Engineer (MSP) – Mid-Level will have strong verbal and written communication skills. The IT Systems Engineer (MSP) – Mid-Level should also have experience with ConnectWise, Kaseya, or any RMM tool. The IT Systems Engineer (MSP) – Mid-Level will have the opportunity to grow internally with the company.

IT Systems Engineer (MSP) – Mid-Level Experience:

  • ***MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER (MSP) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
  • Troubleshooting, configuration, and deploying Windows 2016-2019
  • MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization and migrations
  • VMware and Hyper-V virtualization infrastructure buildout experience
  • Azure AD and Intune experience
  • Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Clear understanding/experience of TCP/IP, LAN / DMZ / WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls
  • Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
  • Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
  • Configure servers and other key components in Azure
  • Azure administration and support
  • Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
