IT Technical Project Manager MSP (Hybrid)
We are a well established IT Computing company that supports clients across the CHI area. We are seeking well experienced IT Technical Project Manager MSP (Hybrid) MSP to join our team. The IT Technical Project Manager MSP (Hybrid) MSP must be ready to meet any challenge, project milestones for every project, tracking budgets and sales.
IT Technical Project Manager MSP (Hybrid) Duties:
- Develop project timelines and assist Sales in setting customer expectations, including attending QBRs as needed
- Prioritize and manage field engineer resources to schedule and execute project work
- Establish and maintain project metrics ensuring projects are completed on time and within the planned budget
- Identify and communicate changes in project scope through Change Orders or SOW amendments
- Develop practices to continuously improve the project management process including conducting post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements
- Identify project opportunities across the customer base and work with the Sales team to present to the customer
