IT Technical vCIO – MSP

We are a customer-oriented Managed Service Provider servicing the LA area. We have been providing white-glove support to our clients for over 20 years. We believe in building long term relationships with our clients and are looking to add a Technical vCIO to our team who will be vital in building those relationships. IT Technical vCIO – MSP will be able to primarily work remotely, but must commutable to Torrance for occasional client visits and office meetings.

The IT Technical vCIO – MSP provides analytical support to the team and is responsible for conducting technical and information-gathering components of various IT consulting engagements. The IT Technical vCIO – MSP would understand Microsoft OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, SAN, Citrix, Disaster Recovery, etc. As an IT Technical vCIO – MSP, you will work with your clients requiring frequent interaction via virtual or face-to-face meetings, including onsite travel. The IT Technical vCIO – MSP will primarily work with select clients to develop scalable IT strategies for short and long-term growth.

IT Technical vCIO – MSP Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of Managed Service experience
  • Outstanding consultative abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with C-level customers and business partners.
  • Experience developing client proposals.
  • Extensive proficiency with information technology regarding hardware/software
  • Hands-on technical support
  •  VMware and Hyper-V
  • O365, Azure, Active Directory, Cisco, Windows Servers,
  • Industry certifications are a plus: including, but not limited to, A+, Server+, Network+, SonicWALL, Azure

IT Technical vCIO – MSP Benefits:
