IT Technician Administrator (L2/L3) – MSP Responsibilities:

  • Experience working with Office 365, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Meraki, and networking infrastructure to support and manage on-premise and cloud-based networks
  • Create and manage networks with firewalls, switches, access points, and possess a deep understanding of DHCP/DNS/VPNs
  • Utilize your business analysis and project management skills to deliver effective solutions to clients
  • Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications are a plus
  • Proficient in supporting multiple operating systems, including Windows and macOS
  • Knowledge and experience with Azure servers and Intune/SharePoint administration
  • Extensive knowledge in Installation & configuration of Windows Servers
  • Extensive knowledge of ConnectWise or other ticketing / RMM experience
