IT Technician & System Administrator L2

We are looking for an MSP experienced IT Technician & System Administrator L2 comfortable handling escalated tickets (ConnectWise) and System Administration tasks. The IT Technician & System Administrator L2 will also assist Sr. Engineers with modernization of infrastructures, migrating clients to cloud solutions, and providing onsite support when needed. The IT Technician & System Administrator L2 should be well versed with Windows Server, O365 Administration, AD/GPO, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure AD, InTune, and configuring Firewalls.
