We are looking for an MSP experienced IT Technician & System Administrator L2 comfortable handling escalated tickets (ConnectWise) and System Administration tasks. The IT Technician & System Administrator L2 will also assist Sr. Engineers with modernization of infrastructures, migrating clients to cloud solutions, and providing onsite support when needed. The IT Technician & System Administrator L2 should be well versed with Windows Server, M365 Administration, AD/GPO, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure AD, InTune, and configuring Firewalls.

IT Technician & System Administrator L2 Technical Skills:

  • Windows desktop support
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019
  • Networking configuration, management, and troubleshooting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Office/Microsoft 365 configuration, management, and troubleshooting
  • Firewall /VPN configuration and troubleshooting
  • Azure AD and InTune support
  • LAN/WAN networks
