IT Technician & System Administrator – MSP Responsibilities:
- Support Microsoft Windows server technologies (Server 2016/2019) operating systems, Exchange, DNS and Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
- VMware, experienced in the management of ESXi virtual hosts (VMWare preferred, Hyper-V accepted)
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 desktop and application support (first escalations from the help desk), including new user setups, line of business application support, and hosted application support.
- Supporting and administering Azure AD (Azure VMs, Intune, or Virtual Networks are a plus)
- Deep understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Capacity to determine the best solution based on the issues and details presented by end-users
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Required experience managing multiple customer infrastructures -MSP experience
