IT Tier 3 Service Desk Technician- MSP
We are currently seeking an IT Tier 3 Service Desk Technician- MSP to join our escalation team.
A qualified IT Tier 3 Service Desk Technician- MSP should have a background in VMware and Windows support for multiple clients and environments. The IT Windows System Engineer will primary be the “go-to” tech person on the Service Desk team handling the most complex tickets.

IT Tier 3 Service Desk Technician- MSP Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Handle escalated tickets from level 1 and level 2 Service Desk Technicians. Assist with level 1 tickets when necessary
- Strong technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services
- Setup and implementation of new client networks and network upgrades
- Experience working with ConnectWise or SolarWinds N-Central preferred
