The Jr. Field Engineer – (Managed Service Provider) will be joining a fast-growing industry-leading collocation, managed hosting, and managed services company. In this role, the Jr. Field Engineer – (Managed Service Provider) is responsible for providing technical support to clients by resolving various customer service issues daily, will work on projects with other technicians, build servers, configure workstations, and perform project installations.

Jr. Field Engineer – (Managed Service Provider) Experience:

- MSP Experience Required
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office suites, and Office 365
- Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites
- Installation & configuration of Windows Servers
- Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration
- Performs maintenance and repairs
- Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture
- Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
- Troubleshoot and repair devices to include network switches, routers, servers, remote access, and cloud services
- Migrations from cloud solutions (O365, Azure/AWS etc.)
- Experience working with VMware and Microsoft Systems
