Jr. Projects Engineer – Managed Service Provider Responsibilities:
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- 3+ years working in a Project-oriented role completing migrations
- Excellent oral/written communication skills (emphasis on technical communication) in a business environment.
- Experience providing customer service on-site and remote to our valued partners.
- Design, Implement, and Support LAN/WAN technologies (i. e., installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc..)
- Design, Implement, and Support storage area networks (SANs)
- O365 migration experience
- Support both AWS/Azure infrastructures
- Virtualization via Hyper-V or VMware
- Remote access solutions: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Design, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
- Design, implementation, and support services for hosted and cloud solutions for customers, using technologies (Office 365, Azure, AWS, etc.) that align with their business need
- Advanced experience and knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory
- Networking experience with Cisco and SonicWall
- Conducting Network Assessments
