Jr. Systems Engineer – MSP
We seek an Jr. Systems Engineer – MSP to be part of a growing Managed Service Provider. The Jr. Systems Engineer – MSP, will support clients in implementing projects and deploying new technologies daily. The Jr. Systems Engineer – MSP, will be responsible for troubleshooting clients’ issues as they are assigned to you by the Remote Dispatcher.
CANDIDATES POSSESSING EXPERIENCE working for IT Managed Services Provider, Cloud Service Provider, and Data Center is HIGHLY encouraged to apply. The selected Jr. Systems Engineer – MSP will have strong verbal and written communication skills. The Jr. Systems Engineer – MSP, should also have experience with working on Servers, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, firewalls and switching. You live for the thrill of solving the big problem and also enjoy training a teammate on items you are familiar with.
Jr. Systems Engineer – MSP Experience:
- ***MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER (MSP) EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
- Advanced on Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2008-2019)
- Advanced on Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (XP to Windows 10)
- Implementing network software and hardware upgrades (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall)
- Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
- Configure servers and other key components in Azure
- Azure administration and support
- Advanced experience in routing and switching
- Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances
