Bowman Williams is seeking a Junior IT Project Lead for the Data Center and Cloud Services Team located in Chantilly, VA.

The Junior IT Project Lead will be joining a 50+ data center that grew by 60% in revenue from 2009 to 2012 and have been in business for 8 years.  This is a remote IT management position and candidates possessing experience working for an IT company are strongly preferred.

Junior IT Project Lead Job Description:

  • As a Junior IT Project Lead you will be repsonsible for overseeing projects and performing handson installment of Microsoft and VMware systems
  • Recommending new technologies and solutions to proactively support the clients’ environment
  • A a Junior IT Project Lead you will be testing and evaluating network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements
  • Determining  which products or services best fit the customers’ needs
  • Recommending and building systems and efficiencies for end-user and overall client site support both remotely and on-site
  • Local travel to client sites required as needed
  • MSCE, MCSA, VCP or CCNA is preferred but not required
