The Junior IT Support Analyst (Hybrid) – MSP will primarily supporting client issues and working closely with M365, ConnectWise, and Active Directory.
Junior IT Support Analyst (Hybrid) – MSP Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Support clients with technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, Cloud offerings, and virtual environments
- System Administration and troubleshooting
- Experience using ConnectWise or similar RMM tools
- MSP (Managed Services Provider) experience is required
