What You’ll Be Doing:
- Frontline Support: Act as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Windows desktop and server issues, M365 email setups, DNS, networking, and security software.
- Escalation Support: Work alongside senior engineers to resolve more complex technical challenges.
- Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service while handling technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of tickets, solutions, and client environments to improve response time and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for enhancing IT processes and automation.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1-2+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience is a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 7+, Windows Server 2012+, and M365 (Exchange, Outlook setup, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
- Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools (Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, Webroot Antivirus is a plus).
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
- A passion for IT, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
