Junior IT Support Technician (MSP)

We are currently seeking a Junior IT Support Technician (MSP) to join our collaborative team!

The Junior IT Support Technician (MSP) will be joining an organized, down to earth company culture with a heavy focus on career growth and collaboration. The Junior IT Support Technician (MSP) will be responsible for Tier 1 reactive support and will have the opportunity to work along side the projects team to gain exposure to more Tier 2+ work and grow into a System Administrator or Project Engineer.

Junior IT Support Technician (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Support Azure, VMware, and Windows Server environments remotely within a team environment
  • Manage accounts in active directory, complete password resets, provide printer support
  • Support Windows Server 2012-2019
  • Troubleshooting and some administration of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure

Junior IT Support Technician (MSP) Requirements:

  • Experience with: Office 365 and Azure, Active Directory, LogMeIn, Zendesk, Cisco Meraki, Unifi, Bluebeam, Autodesk software, Adobe Acrobat, Server 2012 through 2019, Windows 10 and 11, VMware
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ConnectWise experience preferred
  • 1+ years MSP experience required

Junior IT Support Technician (MSP) Benefits:
