Junior IT System Administrator (Level 1) MSP

We are well known IT company that has been around the Greater Chicago area since 2007. Our company has expanded itself across the state due to the successful client relationship that we have created throughout the years. We are seeking a Junior IT System Administrator (Level 1) MSP to join our team. The Junior IT System Administrator (Level 1) MSP must have experience problem solving and experience closing out tickets. If you have some experience working with M365 and printers it is a plus. Also, the Junior IT System Administrator (Level 1) MSP must feel comfortable setting up and configuring new technology equipment.

Junior IT System Administrator (Level 1) MSP Duties:

Experience and the ability to troubleshoot
Experience setting up and configuring printers and scanners
Experience in Microsoft 365 systems is a plus
Experience installing operating systems, and software applications, and performing routine maintenance on equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
Ability to resolve and communicate effectively with clients regarding tickets
The drive and ability to learn on the job about all the tools to grow within the company

Junior IT System Administrator (Level 1) MSP Salary & Benefits:
