The Junior/Mid System Administrator – Managed Services Team will be responsible for handling technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networking (primarily SonicWall/Cisco products), and vendor specific hardware/software, and all SMB Microsoft tech i.e. AD, GPOs, O365, Azure etc.
Junior/Mid System Administrator – Managed Services Team Responsibilities:
- Virtualization Administration (Azure, VMware, Hyperv)
- Provide administration and support for O365 and Azure AD
- Provide Tier 2+ desktop and application support, including new user setups, line of business application support, and hosted application support.
- Produce, maintain, and update technical documentation.
- Assist in migration projects to the cloud
- Assist in server deployments and upgrades
