We are seeking a Junior Project Engineer- MSP.
The Junior Project Engineer will be joining an award winning Cloud Managed Services Provider over award-winning, first-class technology solutions for over 20 years. We have recently increased our client base and are looking for a Junior Project Engineer to join our team.
Your responsibilities will be to work on light projects while shadowing Senior Engineers to become more autonomous with high-impact projects, internal initiatives, handle escalated tickets, and assist with overflow.
In addition to assisting with project work, the Junior Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting end users and environments for small and medium sized business. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Junior Project Engineer- MSP Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a technical expert analyzing client infrastructure and providing recommendations on improvements.
- Administration and migrations with Office 365 and Azure
- Virtualization technology support (Vmware)
- Windows Server Migrations
Junior Project Engineer- MSP Required Experience:
- 3+ years experience with Windows Servers, Azure, O365
- 3+ years experience administering Active Directory and managing Group Policies.
- Experience completing server migrations
- Experience with VMware ESX
- Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to travel to various client sites within a 10 mile radius.
- Strong communication and ability to align business and technology goals.
