This is an inside sales role designed for someone who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunity, and learning from the best. You’ll be supported by leadership, a tenured team, and a dedicated cold caller, so you can focus on learning the MSP space, owning the sales process, and growing into a future sales leader.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Generation: Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and local outreach to introduce managed IT and project-based services
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up with warm leads passed from an outsourced cold caller and schedule discovery meetings
  • Networking: Attend local events, meet business owners in NYC/NJ, and build new relationships in the community
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed, accurate records of sales activities in ConnectWise (or similar CRM)
  • Sales Support: Partner with company leadership and the technical team to support the full sales cycle
  • Training & Development: Participate in a structured onboarding program and ongoing mentorship with company leadership (owner remains closer during initial ramp-up)

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (MSP or IT sales highly preferred)
  • Confidence in client conversations, excellent communication skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and ready to learn the MSP space
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like ConnectWise and tools like ZoomInfo is a plus
  • Willingness to attend events or meetings throughout NYC and Northern NJ
  • Eager to grow long-term within a collaborative, mission-driven environment

What You’ll Get

  • Base Salary: $50,000–$55,000 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE $80K+)
