Junior Support Engineer – MSP

For over 20+ years we have provided IT support to Long Island and NYC based businesses. We are seeking an experienced Junior Support Engineer – MSP with a technical aptitude to to join our team. The ideal Junior Support Engineer – MSP will have at least 1-2 years of related industry experience and have the ability to set up and maintain Windows Servers and Desktops in a LAN/WAN environment.

The Junior Support Engineer – MSP candidate, will join a cutting-edge IT company at the forefront of IT & Proactive Managed Services. The Junior Support Engineer – MSP will provide support from start to finish for all desktop/server related issues including problem assessment/resolution. As an experienced Junior Support Engineer – MSP, you will perform some analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design, and installation of new or existing computer systems in a Windows environment.

This is a full-time position for an experienced Junior Support Engineer – MSP. We provide remote and occasional onsite support.

**MSP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED**

Junior Support Engineer – MSP Requirements:

Experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
Full range of Microsoft products including Office Suite
Exchange Server 2010 — 2019 administration
Server 2008 — Server 2016 or 2019 installation, maintenance and support
Virtualization: VMware & Hyper V
Experience using ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control software for MSPs
