We currently are seeking a Junior System Administrator – ConnectWise with previous MSP experience. The Junior System Administrator – ConnectWise is responsible for providing escalated support for clients that rely on IT to perform their jobs. As a Junior System Administrator – ConnectWise, you will be quickly responding to and resolve varying Desktop, Network, and Server Support client services.

Junior System Administrator – ConnectWise Responsibilities:

  • Resolve all Tier 1 escalated incidents
  • Desktop support and user device incidents
  • Network issues including Domain Access, VPN, LAN/WAN/WLAN, and device issues
  • Server support issues including AD and Group Policy
  • Ongoing management of Office 365 and Azure environments
