Due to new business, we are seeking a Junior System Administrator & Field Technician (MSP) to support our clients onsite and from our Houston office. The Junior System Administrator & Field Technician (MSP) should have a strong background in Microsoft, Linux, and Mac OS installation and troubleshooting. As a Junior System Administrator & Field Technician (MSP), you will be proficient in Windows applications, knowledgeable about SaaS and hosting protocols, and possess excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. MSP experience, knowledge of Network TCP/IP protocols, and reliable transportation for client site visits are also essential for success in this role.
Junior System Administrator & Field Technician (MSP) Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft, Linux, and Mac OS installation and troubleshooting.\
- Hardware, Software, and Network support
- Previous MSP experience
- Proficiency with Windows applications and business-specific software.
- Familiarity with SaaS and hosting protocols.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Helpdesk support experience, including phone, email, and onsite/deskside technical support.
- Knowledge of Network TCP/IP protocols.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Office products.
- Have reliable transportation for visiting client sites
