Requirements:
- A knack for problem-solving and organization
- 1+ years of experience in Managed & Cloud Services
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural curiosity for technology
- Proficiency with ConnectWise
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, O365, and Exchange
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and service desk inquiries
- Coordinate and oversee service requests and project schedules
- Monitor and assess client feedback and satisfaction
- Troubleshoot various issues and provide desktop support
