Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician (MSP):

We are an established IT Managed Services Provider founded in 1999, is expanding its Orange County team. Focused on supporting financial services clients, we are seeking a Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician to join their Irvine-based office. This role involves a blend of on-site client visits and remote support, primarily working with Microsoft 365, Azure, and various server environments. Responsibilities include desktop support, networking, and management of physical and virtual servers. This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $55,000 and $65,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Previous MSP experience is required for the Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician (MSP) role.

Junior System Administrator / Level 2 Technician (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Windows servers and computer systems
  • Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 and the full Microsoft suite
  • Work with senior engineers to implement secure, effective network solutions
  • Assist with configuration, maintenance, and upgrades for clients’ networks and in-house servers
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications as needed
