Junior Systems Administrator Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for user support via phone, email, and in-person
- Deliver exceptional customer service, perception, and satisfaction
- Participate in IT projects like upgrades, migrations, and onboarding
- Contribute to disaster recovery solution implementation and network-level support
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop hardware and peripherals
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 7/10/11 and various desktop and cloud applications
- Installing, configuring, and repairing desktop and network printers
- Basic Network connectivity diagnostics and repair – ping, DNS, DHCP, traceroute, etc.
- Alert troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 Basic Administration
- Minimum of 1-2 years working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment required.
